  • 1 Cup Plain yogurt
  • ½ Cup Coconul milk Unsweetened
  • Lime juice Fresh
  • ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 Garlic cloves Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Peeled, Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon Fenugreek leaves Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Equipment

  • 1 1/2 oz coriander/cilantro leaves chopped

  1. combine all ingredients and set aside until ready to use.
