Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, scallions, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Until sugar is dissolved.
Stored in an airtight container or glass jar.

FOR SAUCE
In a small bowl, whisk
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp cold water
until smooth
Pour your marinade into a saucepan and heat it over
medium heat
until it begins to bubble.
Slowly stir the slurry into the hot marinade while whisking continuously.
Cook 1–2 minutes
until thickened to your desired consistency.It should coat the back of a spoon like a glaze.
