Caper-Raisin Vinaigrette
Sweet and tangy caper-raisin vinaigrette recipe made with capers, anchovies, raisins, and parsley. Perfect for vegetables, salads, and grilled dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 floz Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Golden raisin
  • 9 Garlic cloves
  • ½ cup capers rinsed and drained
  • 1 bunch Parsley leaves only
  • 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and fully combined. Let the vinaigrette rest for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
